We would like to introduce a case study of Broadleaf Co., Ltd., which develops and provides business applications to support the creation of approximately 30,000 companies, where the electronic contract service "WAN-Sign" has been implemented. Before the implementation, the management of original contracts was done using Excel sheets, but it was challenging to keep track of contract deadlines, necessitating the adoption of a system that could manage these deadlines. After the implementation, the need to store original contracts, which was essential in paper form, was entirely eliminated, along with the time spent on stamping. Additionally, the hassle of mailing bound contracts to business partners was reduced, significantly shortening the time to finalize contracts.
